We run a range of schemes to help people improve their skills – from comprehensive CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) training for our bus drivers to bite-sized ‘lunch and learn’ sessions for ongoing development.
We use work-based and off-site training to help people continue on their career journey. Our graduate schemes and management programmes are helping to create a new generation of transport leaders, managers and supervisors that can contribute to the group’s future.
